CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Eliecer joined Rivero & Gustafson Abogados in July 2009, but he had been previously working for the firm for 8 years (1997-2005).

He was director of legal advice for the Cosmani group and later director of legal advice for RACE (Real Automóvil Club de España).

EDUCATION

Eliecer holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma (1994) and a Master’s Degree in Business Law Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa (1995).

Additionally, he has a Master’s Degree in Internet and New Technologies Applied to Law (2000).

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

Eliecer took part as an advisor in different radio programs commenting on the amendments to the new Traffic Law.

He took part in several conferences promoted by ICEX in Colombia and Peru (2014).
