Ángela is the Head of the Employment practice.

Ángela worked in the Labour Department of Baker and McKenzie until 2005. In 2006 she joined López Acosta, Rivero and Gustafson Abogados.
She developed most of her career in the Employment Department of Baker & McKenzie in Barcelona, advising Spanish and foreign companies in both local and international aspects of employment law, leading negotiations, collective bargaining and reorganization of companies. The professional experience of Angela includes a broad range of labour advice to corporate and individual clients as well as litigation in areas such as hiring and termination of employees (both individually and collectively considered), transfer of business liability, variable compensation including, stock options, pension plans, and particular recurring areas of employment litigation such as mobbing and job monitoring.

She graduated in Law with the speciality in Company Law, from the University of Seville (1992). Post-degree in Human Resources from the University Pompeu Fabra (1996) and Courses of Doctorate in Labour law from the University of Barcelona (1997).
President of the Spanish Association of Law Labour lawyers (ASNALA) for the Madrid Autonomous Community.

She has been the President of the Spanish Association of Law Labour lawyers (ASNALA) for the Madrid Autonomous Community until 2009.
